Joel Davidson’s Point guard play was tremendous in the night between Dominique Brooks and (Idaho commit) Denzel Douglas had six assists and zero turnovers for the night.

Saturday night the T-birds picked up right where they left off at while facing Region IX foe Northeastern JC. The T-Birds forced 30 Plainsmen turnovers and held a double digit lead throughout the contest, Casper College won convincingly by a score of 94-65.  Remi Dibo led all scorers with 26 points including the first seven points to start the game. Dibo was four for six from beyond the arch. Denzel Douglas was big for the T-birds as he had 13 points, 8 assists to 1 turnover (12 to one assists to turnover ratio for the weekend) and seven rebounds. Tyler Larson went for 19 points off the bench to add a huge spark for the team early in the game. As the Thunderbird men move to 2-0 for the season, they play next against Salt Lake Community College November 18th and Snow Junior College November 19th in Ephraim, UT. The following weekend, the CC men will return home for the OptimumThanksgiving Classic the 24th, 25th, and the 26th.
